My customer base includes Automotive OEMs, Steel Plants, Cement Plants, Oil & gas, Petrochemicals, Thermal & neuclear power plants, Minings, Shipbuilding, Railways as well as general engineering.My key accounts in the automotive are John Deere, Fiat india, volkswagon, Tata Motors, M&M, Eicher Tractors, Avtec ltd, General Motors, cummins engines & Volvo Earthmovers.In Steel sector my key accounts are ESSAR Steels & Welspun maxsteels ltd.Apart from this I also cater to deales & distributors located at different industrial regions accross the India. My product range includes impact sockets, Preset & adjustable click type torque wrenches, Dial & digital torque wrenches, hardwired switch torque wrenches, wireless 2.4 GHz FM radio signal Torque wrenches for error proof purpose on critical applications as well as Torque Multiplier & also industrial Ratchets.I also study the complex & critical applications where torque is high but fasterner sizes are small or on the other hand where there is limited access for a standard tool to get into the joint location, in that case i study, measure, design (3D or 2D model), produce prototypes & after successful trials manufacture the Final tool for that particular application.I have also been engaged for providing value based technical consultancy to the automotive OEMs & lean manufacturing particularly in the areas of assly line tool selection for critical fastening & torquing applications. Line study of the entire TCF, Powertrain, & Engine assly lines to identify the inaccessible & critical joints, selection of proper tool for required torque management on the particular joint & its implementation.Operator training & ensuring Optimum tool performance with proper feedback through both physical audit & tool interface with line PLC for required interlocks for Poka yoke(error proof) & for generation of quality documentation of each & every joint torqued through system integration & torque controller.

Assisting the line manager to maintain his calculated cycle time & tact time through provision of best class of tools for all his/her applications.

Adoption of all measures in selection, designing & provision of tools with respect to operator safety, ergonomy & cycle time is concerned & give a core value to my customers in terms of Technology,  Downtime as well as on his ROI at large.
