CAREER HISTORY
Mr. Arce-Larreta serves as the President of Sales & Interim Chief Commercial Officer at Iron Gate Supply, where he leads end-to-end global commercialization efforts for clients such as BridgeFlow, with whom he is currently developing a worldwide go-to-market and channel development platform supporting energy, pipeline, and industrial applications.
Before this, Fernando was the Chief Commercial Officer at Oxford Flow, where he spearheaded the integration of fragmented distributors, direct sales channels, and pricing governance across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In this endeavor, he significantly improved cross-regional performance and increased the sales pipeline by $70M.
Earlier, Mr. Arce-Larreta was the Global Vice President of Commercial at Flowchem. When the Valve Pipeline Service product line experienced declining revenue, Fernando personally re-engaged channel partners, refocused the commercial team, and implemented KPIs and accountability metrics, efforts that improved customer confidence and increased sales by ~25% ($2M) within ~180 days.
Previously, as the Regional Sales Manager of Northeast & Midwest Industrial Manufacturing at Aggreko, Fernando positioned a 24-state territory for sustainable double-digit growth by introducing KPI-driven pipeline management, restructuring the organization, and prioritizing accounts based on revenue potential. As a result, the territory delivered 110% of the annual budget in 8 months (the highest revenue total in the sector's history) and secured multi-year contracts with Pfizer, Cleveland-Cliffs, and Rolls-Royce.
As General Manager & Business Leader of Oil Free Air Compressor at Aggreko, Mr. Arce-Larreta led a $60M turnaround of a declining product line. He implemented a product redesign, a GTM strategy targeting high-value industrial customers, and tiered pricing, doubling rental utilization to 80% as one of North America's fastest-growing segments. He further repositioned the product line as a high-value solution, generating $60M in new orders (surpassing a $30M target) and $80M in pull-through revenue.
Before this, Mr. Arce-Larreta was the Global Director of Product Management at Baker Hughes. When the company sought to capture high-growth markets, he led a global launch of 8 new technologies within 24 months. The expanded portfolio generated ~$150M in new sales/pull-through revenue, with a single digital solution, Field360, generating an additional $4M.
Earlier in his career, Fernando held multiple roles at General Electric's energy arm (now called GE Vernova). While Senior Manager of Sales at GE Power, he secured a $120M/10-year customer service agreement with Xcel Energy, where he led the development of an engineering and commercial solution that resulted in the sale of two 7FA Gas Turbines (the first sold globally), totaling $140M.
Mr. Arce-Larreta's career began in account management and regional management roles at Enterprise Holdings, Deluxe, ConMed Corporation, and Immersive Technologies, following internships at notable brands such as eBay, MTV, and Frito-Lay North America, Inc.
